A high quality front garden renovation for this Victorian villa
This London front garden is the face to the world for this large Victorian villa, now split in to eight apartments. As an important communal space for residents, it needs to function as a peaceful area for reflection, provide privacy and communal storage. In keeping with the age and stature of the four storey building we installed high quality sandstone paving with bullnose steps, refurbished the hand rails and capped and re-pointed the original Victorian brick work. The Cedar wood bin storage with green roof is a bespoke design created by Chalcot to last for years without maintenance.
